So in the process of using the CMM, how to carry out daily maintenance and maintenance work?

Before use: ensure the working environment temperature. Because the use environment of the CMM is generally equipped with an air conditioner, before using it, make sure that the air outlet of the air conditioner is not correct.

The temperature of the whole working environment should be balanced; check the pipes and filters, and make sure that there is no oil or water in the filters, air storage tanks, and air compressors.
If so, be sure to do the emptying work in time.

In use: Put cloth or rubber pads under the CMM to ensure the safety of the guide rails of the measuring machine;

Open and quiet. After all, precise measurement work is required, so the management of the usage environment should be more stringent.

After use: Wipe the oil, dust and other magazines on the guide rail in time to keep it clean.
